What are your policies and requirements for pet care?Safety First: While we welcome all dogs regardless of size or breed, we prioritize safety and comfort. All pets must be friendly with other animals. Introduction Days: Unsure if your pet will adapt? We offer introduction days to acquaint both you and your furry friend with our environment and team. No Outdoor Only Dogs: We prioritize indoor comfort and companionship. While outdoor-trained pets are welcome, they won't be left outside unattended, especially overnight. Spay/Neuter Requirement: For the well-being of all pets, we require all dogs to be spayed or neutered.

Do you offer any additional products or services?Yes, we have a range of natural, healthy homemade treats and food available for sale. These treats and food are made with human-grade and organic ingredients and have been very popular among our furry friends.

How do I pay for my pet's stay at Waggy Trails?Payment is required in full prior to your pet's arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made. A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure dates. For specific payment arrangements, please call us to discuss.

How are rates calculated for my pet's stay?Our rates are calculated on a daily basis. If you collect your dog before 11 am on the last day of their stay, you will be charged the daycare rate for that day. Otherwise, the full rate applies.

Are there additional charges for vet visits?Yes, vet visits will incur a charge, plus mileage depending on the location of the visit.

What is your cancellation policy?We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice of cancellation.
